We are now looking for an Orthopedic Technical Customer Receptionist for our clinic at Hagaplan. The clinic consists of about 20 employees with extensive experience working with all types of orthopedic aids, as well as a store aimed at private customers and hospital staff. As an orthopedic technical clinic located close to hospitals and other interdisciplinary reception areas, we are a natural and highly sought-after partner in many diagnostic areas.

Your responsibilities

In the role of orthopedic technical customer receptionist, you will have varied tasks. Your responsibilities include meeting patients and customers at the reception, administration, and store work. Your tasks include, among others:

• Registering and responding to referrals, scheduling and administering patient visits
• Answering calls and independently managing and advising on issues that arise in connection with calls/visits
• Sales of shoes, insoles, orthoses, and handling the cash register
• Managing invoicing
• Coordinating and supporting the operations internally

Who we are looking for

• Completed upper secondary education
• Experience in similar tasks
• Good computer skills, such as knowledge of the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English
• Experience in healthcare and/or the orthopedic technical industry is an advantage but not a requirement

As a person, we would like you to be service-oriented, solution-focused, communicative, attentive, calm, and flexible. You enjoy working independently as well as in a team and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You have a very good ability to keep order and prioritize your tasks. If you also have an interest in clinical operations and medical diagnoses, that is a big plus!

The employment

Full-time, permanent. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement. TeamOlmed has a collective agreement.
